Welcome to Saint Andrew!
We're glad you're here! Saint Andrew Presbyterian is a vibrant community of people working to live out its mission to love God and neighbor.
What do we mean by "vibrant"?
By vibrant, we don't mean we have the loudest praise band or that we're adding new services next week to accommodate our busting pews. If you're looking for that, there are some great churches you can find out there. But that's not us. Our vibrancy comes from the warmth of our hearts, the breadth of mission endeavors, and a willingness to get "messy" in our call to "be the hands, feet, and voice of Christ in the world." Our vibrancy comes in the form of a toddler dancing in the aisle during a hymn, a prayer spoken in French as we get to know the people in the two other congregations meeting within the church's walls, and tears of sorrow offered up in prayer.
At Saint Andrew Presbyterian Church, our mission is to love God and neighbor. As a congregation, we welcome all people into the life of the church regardless of age, sex, race and ethnicity, sexual orientation or gender identity, socio-economic status or marital status, physical or mental ability, or any other worldly condition. We affirm that no one should be judged or excluded for who they are. Called to be the hands, feet, and voice of Christ in the world, we work for justice for all people.
A Message of Welcome from Rev. Gretchen Schneider:
Hello, and welcome! It's my hope that you'll come to see through this page the faith and vibrancy of this loving Family of God as I do. Saint Andrew is a tight-knit group, but are most-excited when opening our doors and hearts to new friends. I want you to know that we accept people of all colors, nations, beliefs, creeds, and preferences. If you're reading this, then you are welcome here. I look forward to meeting you soon!
